Notch still has to oversee work on that project. I'm sure he's got his hands full with minecraft mobile as well. He does have to run a company you know. He's not just focused on programming all the time.

Except he frequently posts on his blog about how he stayed up all night playing civilization v or something similar.
And he said even he doesn't know how the card game project is going.
He could easily afford to hire some more coders but he doesn't.

I wouldn't care if he was just lazy.
I just hate that he breaks promises all the time.

I used to defend him as much as i could but now i don't any more. There really is no defending him.
Anyway, for the second time can we get back on topic now.
If you want to continue talking about Notch do it here:

If enough people are interested, I will set up a server via Hamachi.
Thanked by:
not trying to take that away from you, but I think I'd be better off to host if we need one. I don't need to use and Hamachi and I can use hilarious server mods if people want.

I figured out mine runs kind of slowly anyways (Playing with my friend Trevor), so help yourself.

Edit:
Just realized I can't join normal servers cause I'm a broke torrenting bastard.

How would a widescreen mod help me join servers?

Despite, Ive been using that for about two weeks anyways.
Thanked by:
I've been using it to run Terraria without Steam, or being logged into steam, or having steam on at all.

Well then.

Give the word if you are going to put up a server.

Funny... That's not the story the professors told me...

but... what does that have to do with Terraria?
Unless you're saying something about them "copying" things from other games.

If that's the case, I'm not sure the situation is exactly the same, since Narbacular Drop was simply an entirely unpolished and frustrating student game, whereas Minecraft is a wildly popular game that has already sold over 1.5 million copies. One took a great idea from an unknown game and made it better, and the other took a good idea from a popular game and then added a bunch of unrelated stuff alongside it.

Though, I personally don't really think copying a few ideas is all that bad anyway.

If you'll analyze the parallelism, I said "Narbacular Drop" then "Minecraft," not "Portal" then "Minecraft." In other words, I was relating ND and Minecraft as being the ones copied rather than the ones copying, which would be "Portal" and "Terraria." (I know MC is a copier, too, but Terraria is better-known as a 2D Minecraft than a clone of the games MC copied, probably because MC is more popular).
