Well to be fair, at least he provided a legitimate reason as opposed to "they're the oldest so they're the best." :v

Even Advance & DS?

I never got around to playing those TBH, I was mostly referring to the main games (sans 4 & 6, haven't gotten them yet). And I loved Balleyhoo.

I can't disagree with this. 3 is still the apex for me, but 4 came pretty dang close.

4 was really good too but I felt the boards were very unnatural and boring. They had much fewer boards than the previous installments as well. Not to mention the items were horrid.

By 5 the boards were beautiful and alive but the lack of Donkey Kong... Well that killed it for me.

Yeah Mario Party 5 was a real game changer; Feels bad man. Sad

WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME, DONKEY KONG!!!

Clearly they took Donkey Kong out of Mario Party so he would be able to star in more fantastic Donkey Kong games!

The first three games, especially Mario Party 1, are also fugitives for the murder of millions of palms.

Mario Party - Mario Party 2 - Mario Party 3 - Mario Party 5

Those are what I would consider the best of the series, at least up to this point.

Nah that was just 1. They took out "Spin the control stick" mini-games starting with 2. They also skipped releasing MP1 on the VC for that very reason, even though the Classic Controller and Gamecube Controller sticks are nowhere near palm-burning.

Besides, don't you know all men are babies? Only women could handle those fucking sticks I swear... my brother lost his palm winding up that shy guy... Cry

Am I the only one who has no problem spinning the Control Stick...?

I don't remember having too much of a problem, although if they stacked up, my palms would be burning like a mother fucker.

I didn't like MP4 because it felt like it was trying to be WAY too complex for its own good; that one minigame where the players are trying to get through an obstacle course especially comes to mind. The boards were also really irritating in this same way.
