Now that is more like it! Tails has been uploaded.

As far as the animation goes, I believe it's a primitive version of bone animation, with separate mesh parts instead of bones.

I absolute hate Sonic's model in the Sonic Adventure... disgusting!
Only Sonic's model though, the rest of them are frickin awesome!
