the demo's face needs a little more definition, how about a few white spots for that big grin he's got.
also, make the scout's arm a little thinner/flimsier, also, his cap is supposed to face forward, and his head is a little too tilted downward, and maybe the little yellow ear piece would be nice (I know my Scouts, he's my main.) ;P ***EDIT: I mean scout's ARM, not hand.
