The sooner you start, the better, as you can never know when you suddenly run out of time due to life stuff. :>

Seriously though, yeah, I will try and start soon. I mainly said that as a joke because for the Halloween gift I only started less than 2 weeks before the deadline. I'll get started on this one much sooner, although school will be over on the 11th so then I'll have ample time anyway.
