Why does she jump forward when she sits down when in the sprite boxes she actually goes a little backward? Just wondering.

Also, uhh, sorry about lack of contribution, I've kinda been enjoying my time off from school a bit too much and have been doing other things @___@

I will definitely start something today at least and maybe have it up in a day or two.

The walk looks too jerky. It's supposed to look kind of like she's merrily skipping, so I think it needs more varied frame delays.

By the way, I ended up staying home today so I finished her character select portrait sketch:

Considering how Bombgirl looks drawn in that style, maybe it could be used as a concept of an evil counterpart of Mighty?

Actually I know it's a rough mockup ATM, but could you perhaps base Bombergirl's face off like, Irene or Jolyene, even? So it like...looks a little more uh, softer and young adultish?
I'd also suggest keeping art of her in the JoJo style with a closed mouth - otherwise, you'll have a really rash, spooky character.

...oh .__.; sorry if I phrased that a bit assholey, Chris - I tend to go hard in the paint with crit sometimes and it just sounds like I'm making fun of it. x___x;

(I just woke up so bear with me, I'm having trouble decrypting what I just wrote below too)
I think it's the jawline vs the cheek vs the chin. The uh, "difference" between her cheek and her chin are a little too "hard" and defined, and as a result her jawline seems fairly pronounced, giving her an Angelina Jolie look.

Angelina Jolie is a fairly intimidating looking woman so that might actually work though, lol.
But yeah, Jolyene/Irene's cheekbone/is not that pronounced so it still maintains uh, "youthful chubbiness". Their cheekbones are even rounded to give that appearance. Tongue

I don't agree with what you said about Jolyne/Irene having soft traits: if anything, I'd say she's one of the more intimidating female characters in the Jojo universe, along with her friend Ermes Costello.
Either way, I see what you mean, so I've made some changes! Daiyo Higashikata, Sugar Diamond and Yasuho Hirose have been my references.

I thought I should point something out:

she should have a bit more of a... youthful looking bust

I hate to say it but she looks middle-aged or above right now with all that droopage

it just seems like a bit of a stretch considering she's so young

I think the head needs to be shrunk down, the shoulder-to-head width ratio just seems off to me compared to, say, your Sugar Diamond reference.

The lower torso/upper abdomen also seem a little too wide, considering how slim her arms are.
