GarageBand Plugins

Hey guys, 

          I use the music software GarageBand on MacBook Pro and I don't know how to install audio plugins. I wanted to use the free plugins provided here: http://thegaragebandguide.com/free-garag...=hootsuite 
         Does anybody know how to do this?
