You sir need to learn a couple things.

One my post was sarcasm, hence the sarcasm written in bold letters and the .
Two, Mobius doesn't exist in Sonic game canon. It only exists in comics and other non canon fiction.
Three, Mobius was only known with Americans same with Robotnik, but unlike Robotnik, the story doesn't include Mobius as their home. The original Japanese story made it clear that it was earth even by stating which island Sonic was born on.

Don't use comics as canon since it doesn't connect with whats happening in the games unless it does a tie in.

As long as this game is as good as the Sonic Adventure games, I'm happy.

Honestly, the Wii version looks fine. Sure, his quills don't shine like oiled plastic in the sunlight, but that doesn' really matter (especially considering SA1 and SA2 didn't have Sonic shine until they were ported to GC).
