WIP
Some C&C would be nice.

erm... it's Gomu Gomu >_>

very smooth shading you've got there. Just don't make his body stiff like you have in the lineart.

The smile looks crooked, but that is probably what you were trying to do. I love the shading on the inside of the hat. Smile

His hair goes down a bit more, but otherwise good job.
I'll think of something to add later then.

Sorry for double post.
Finished Luffy and started Zoro.

I tried to do something about the boring leg pose, but I can't do this right. It would have made it worse.
Spriting these guys is quite fun Genki ^_^

Man, this guy is really tough...

Looks good
but Zolo is too short and Ruffys' feet look strange.

really too lazy to do an edit right now, but you could make these a lot better if you started shading to show depth instead of just shading to

shade

you've sort of got a gradient style thing right now and it's taking a lot away from the piece

yea, you're right, especially the clothes look kinda flat :/
I'll try to fix that and edit this post later.
Until then, I'll show you the finished Zoro:

edited the image. 1 is old, 2 is new.
I hope I didn't overdo it...

IMO the Second Zoro is better than the first cause his shading is better.

I'll just deal with Luffy. Good start, but I would suggest removing the highlight on the hat, that part contrasts with your apparent lightsource. Also, the clothes seem far too stiff, try adding wrinkles.
