Fantasy Smash Project
Snitchbug sounds pretty cheap. maybe just have him drop them off the side so they can actually recover but it sets them up for a meteor smash.

B- Energy blast (short range... kind of like ROB's laser though. He uses it in-battle.)
B Up- Jet pack
B Down- Lightning strike (kind of like Pikachu but a little bit in front of him)
B Side- Bomb Toss

FS- PK Love
His A attacks would be using the sword.

Whew, this one took a while to sprite:

It's his Dash Attack. If it seems a bit too theatrical, it's possible to cut the number of frames in half (that is, skip every other frame), and it'll halve the length (and height) of the jump as well. The whole point though is that it's slow-moving and low-priority, so it's easy to counter if he uses it far away, and if he uses it at mid-range all the opposing character has to do is crouch in order to get past it.

Both Flame and Ice require re-imagining (this one was flame) in order to be incorporated into his moveset.

The overall effect would work better if the transition from ascending to falling was steady instead of going awkwardly from Ascending -> Floating -> Falling; In other words, the animation seems to hiccup. Make him transition smoothly from ascending to falling in one movement.

Tuna, stick to the one that matches the game's style better. Viewtiful Joe wouldn't be the only jerky character Smash ever had. *coughgameandwatchcoughandcoughwariocough* Ex-CUSE me!
