MM had the mask which were really cool but the time travel was annoying and took away from the experience
aside from that, there were only FOUR dungeons.

I'd take another dungeon over sidequests any day.
It was MUCH too short.

Oot was long and it was fun.

TP was basically this, and it's the worst Zelda imo

the fact there wasn't much to do outside the dungeons/temples made the game feel incredibly linear and boring

Wind Waker would have been the best Zelda if they managed to get those extra dungeons instead of giving us the Triforce shard hunting

oot balanced the two, which was great
it even incorporated sidequests such as the trading game into the story (which I guess still counts as main quest but still)

but basically majoras mask was WOO LOOK LOTS OF SIDEQUESTS and not enough main game

Majora's had a fuck ton of game if you ask me, but not as much as Oot. If it had two more dungeons it would be hailed as one of the best easily. It already is but it would tip the scale on epic.

Well, now that they've put modern technology in the series, it's just a matter of time before Link gets his own gun to replace that worthless bow. It will probably happen in the next game.

isn't there a sniper scope in twilight princess? looks like it's been coming for a while now. i'm guessing he'll get a muzzle-loaded shotgun.

i've never played the game, but i've been told there is a scope-like item you can get for the bow :/

the time travel was what made MM the game that it is. the time travel ADDS to the experience of "OH FUCK THE MOON'S FALLING IN THREE DAYS HOW THE FUCK DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SAVE THE WORLD IN THREE DAYS OH FUCK HERE IT COMES song of time everything is all good, NEXT DUNGEON"
