Well, I don't make hints for remakes, but you're really close...But I didn't word it right. It should have been:
'Next up is a Pokemon who needs to know the move Double-Hit to evolve from it's base form'

@ Murderbeard: I've recently been thinking about adding Motion Blurs, and so far, I have given Hitmontop a Motion Blur for Rapid Spin (Something suggested by NESlug, and his awesome Tweak of Electrode). I'm thinking about giving Motion Blurs to really fast Pokemon, but for the most part, I think I should have them limited to really fast moves/Pokemon, Especially since the SFX that I'll eventually Remake will also do a lot of the Blurring of Motion |
