ED helped me out with the face, it looks alot better now . Thanks man. Still have to remake the back end, and mess with the other arm.

Maybe if you made it more like the first in http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/6997/...nteaml.png or whatever, and just made the pupil thing a pixel loonger, I'd get a more Swampert feel. I also don't know if you want to or not, but you could make the headfinnies go separate directions (http://pokemon.marriland.com/images/dp/f.../260-3.png fiucking d/p)

Def. looks better. I don't know what to do about the face, get JarJar on that lol. Too me it just looks weird that the tailthingy is sticking out so much, but its probably because of the angle you put him at. Left-belly and his right (ourleft) hand is idk. But I really don't know if you'll stretch the restrictions if you change some things there.

idk, but maybe the bellytorso should curve and be skinnier a bit at the top and move the head back a few, unless you don't wanna do that. just don't completely overwrite the sprite if you do this, just wanna see how it works out really (goddamnit d/p :/)

Thanks for the crit wavey, I tried to apply that while fixing this, as well as messing with a few other things. This looking any better yet?

Yeah Swampert is looking a lot better, once you complete it, it should look pretty good.
