Well, I was wondering if any of you fabulous dudes of tSR would be willing to take an Igglybuff or Snover off my hands. I've had these two sitting around in my PC and I've wanted to trade them but nobody's been willing to.

Iggs has a Modest nature and Sing, Charm and Perish Song while Snover has an Impish nature with Powder Snow, Leer, Leech Seed and Protect.

Alright, cool. Don't really care all that much what I get in return since I haven't bothered to catch like half of the Pokemon in the game.

if your looking for something in platinum, i have a beautifuly. it can learn flying moves, psychic,silver wind and some other sweet utilities. it kills most fighting types for me.

So, with Platinum, is it true that an event (besides the legit Oak's Letter) is required to get the Gardenia Flower or to change the Rotoms? I was told this on another forum and would like some confirmation.

woah woah you sound mixed up:

Once you capture Shaymin from the event, go to Floaroma and in one of the buildings there's a Blonde Woman you show Shaymin to and she gives you the "Gracidea" Flower, and you can use that item to change Shaymin to Sky Form, in which changes it's appearance and typing.

Rotom event was first, and that was the secret key you get to unlock the room with the appliances to change Rotom's forms in Galactic HQ. But that event passed so if you didn't get it then you're out of luck.

Also Gardenia is the Eterna Gym Leader, not the flower. And yes all of this is available in Platinum only. No event is required to get another.
