Now that I saw some updates (among others, Porky's appearence) I decided to revamp my costume ideas list:

Mario = Dr.Mario
Luigi = Weegee, just kidding,
Peach = Shadow Princess? Princess Shroob? I dunno...
Bowser = Wart's Coat and Crown, or a Mini Kraid (Dry Bowser works better as a palette)
Bowser.Jr = One of the Koopa Kids? Fawful? Koopa Troopa?
Yoshi = Birdo?
Wario = Same as SSBB
Geno = Fawful? Dimentio? Count Bleck?
DK = Tuxedo... what? Could be a good joke on DK-Mode. XD
Diddy = No idea...

Y'know we could just make it that the main character of each franchise is the one that gets the alt.

Rokkan's is fair. Most characters DO have secondary outfits that they've worn in other games. That's where most of the list comes from. The outfits that were just pulled out of our butts can go.

Well still, there are some pretty obvious ones that you skipped. Link = Ordon clothes, Toon Link = pajamas, Luigi = Mr. L. Dry Bowser works really well as a costume, since the majority of him would have to be heavily edited or resprited to look like bones. The only recoloring is the shell. Fox and Faco both had different clothes in Assault and Command that could be used. And so on.
