True, but those costumes were in Brawl the ones we are making are different from Brawl.

Some Brawl costumes don't change the characters shape or appearance only their colors.

If we just change the colors it will just be plain, simple, and bland.

Time for me to spout my opinion on some costume stuff:

Waluigi: Make his normal clothes his normal costume, and the Strikers outfit his alt. costume.

Dixie & Kiddy: No options as far as I know, so no alt. costume?

Pokemon Trainer: Alt. costume should not be Ash imo. He's a different character, and not a video game character.

Jigglypuff: Give each of her accessories a second color option. It doubles the choices and there are no options for an actual alt. costume anyway. Maybe do the same for Pikachu?

Meta Knight: Give him the samurai outfit from Super Star's Samurai Kirby minigame. (found on this sheet) Not only is it cooler than him being maskless, Meta Knight would never willingly take off his mask. Maybe make it so that if he takes enough damage in a single hit or something, it breaks off and stays off until he dies and respawns.

Little Mac: I like the hoodie idea, and there aren't really any other options anyway.

Travis: Are his clothes different in No More Heroes 2? They didn't look any different from what I saw.

Also, any characters that don't end up with any sort of alternate costume should just get a second set of color choices.

Travis's jacket has slightly different details, and he has extra belts. He also wears a lower-cut, mostly-black shirt, rather than the normal tee. His belt is also different but I don't think that really matters too much.

I also agree with everything in your post, except Waluigi's costume, which I am indifferent on.
