I fixed Marylin up a bit, but im still not sure whether she should have the cheeks or not. Beldam was hard, i need c+c on her.

It looks like she has two big eyes, but I know this is her hair, but it just looks like it.

Nose needs to be pointier. Make the width of the entire sprite an odd number of pixels. Right now, it's just kind of flat and square.

Yes, much better. Now for the hat: the brim is pillow-shaded. The brim of the hat sort of curves out from the point. That curviness needs to be suggested more in the front, and in the back, it should just recede out. Give it depth.
