Basically, I made another character for the game, and you could switch betwwn them during gameplay (kinda like Mystical Ninja). The witch is an occasional helper.

I don't know why, but I love how you included the battery symbol for circuits on Batterina's back : O

you could do a ton of stuff with her character, like
say

standing between two sheets of metal and build a massive charge between them
or cause her to slow down a bit when she runs across some ground serving as a resistor

Because well... there aren't any details on his jacket.

I thought of her activating circuits and producing electromagnets so it'd help Bullet-head, but those ideas sound fun, too.

The last one is a Levitron that acts like a fragile platform, nothing too major
